First I'd like to give cudos to Stedman. He was wonderful! We had a table for 11 and he was on it. Everyone enjoyed his company. I ordered the fried chicken and it was delicious the field peas were not as expected. They had some kind of spice blend that made it a burgundy color. It was ok just not for me. Unfortunately the Mac and cheese was also disappointing. It was a bunch of overcooked macaroni with a little bit of cheese mixed it. I left the sides after tasting, sorry. One of my friends ordered the veggie plates and loved the sweet potato fries, they looked great too. Another friend ordered the roast beef plate and loved it!! Order the cafe salad online with chicken tenders and it left A LOT to be desired. Two grape tomatoes, twice slices of pickles, a half an eggs, cheese and cut up chicken tenders. Called to ask to switch it out or return and got an attitude from the manager. Missing cucumbers since she wanted to be technical. Don’t waste your money 💴

Great food, great atmosphere, prices are good as well. Paid $54.00 for 4 people to eat including tip.

We had an amazing dining experience! Staff gave great recommendations, as I had plenty of questions. The waiter was extremely pleasant and tender to us very well. The food was good and gave the southern comfort that we were seeking. They had a lot of homemade dessert options that we didn't try but I had the fried chicken and grilled chicken breast with fried okra, mac n chz and a roll. Delicious!

This is our second year of having Fat Man’s cater our Christmas Eve dinner and again we were not disappointed. The fried turkey is the best fried turkey I’ve ever tasted and the squash casserole is top tier. Let’s not forget the corn bread dressing and the giblet gravy. Too good!!
