Tasty smoothie made by great people! I had seen FamFitLife Nutrition first on Instagram actually, but it wasn’t until I stopped into the Aesthetic Temple gym where they’re housed that I was able to try them. Since it was after a workout, I tried their PBNJ in 20oz (they have both smaller and larger sizes!) and was able to request whey protein instead of soy, and with added fresh blueberries as well. Apparently on Saturdays they make small protein donuts! So this is yet another reason to come back, though I’m curious to try more of their expansive menu. Will come by again.

The shakes are amazing! My go to is Peanut Butter and Banana with Chocolate Protein. So good even your kids will love them. My daughter loves the Strawberry Banana. You can't go wrong with any flavor!

I went to work out with my brother Eddie not knowing there was a nice little surprise inside the gym. FamFitLife Nutrition. I met Jaz and she recommended her favorite to me. It is now my favorite! Such a great idea to have something like this in a gym. I’m looking forward to trying each flavor. See you guys soon!! 🙏🏽💯

Delicious and filling shakes! Easy on the go pick up. Healthy & safe for my boys to have. Love that they offer seasonal flavors too! Can’t wait to come back!

Amazing teas and smoothies, great tea for a pre workout and great smoothie for a post workout. The owners are amazing people highly recommend the white turtle cluster smoothie!
