Fairmount Diner

The atmosphere of this diner is what really did it for me. It was so nostalgic, taking me back to my childhood days of traveling and stopping at roadside diners with my family. I’m not even sure it was intentional, but it sure was cozy and comforting. On top of that the food was an amazing, huge enough portions for two people to share and the service was top-notch. Everything I saw everyone eating around me looked delicious.

This has been an amazing experience so far. We were welcomed with a warm smile as soon as we walked in. Jenny's energy is very welcoming. Justice came in with the drinks as soon as we sat down. They are definitely on the same page here. The menu looks like your typical dinner food. Really can't wait to try it. Service itself has made it worth it. Can't wait to try the food. Update soon. Our server,Mary was excellent. She was very attentive, always had a smile, and made great recommendations from the menu. Her friendly attitude made our dinner very pleasant.

Decent experience. Food tastes entirely processed and packaged. Not fresh, nothing homemade or high quality and prices reflect a 5 star fine dining restaurant. Everyone is kind but can’t justify the crappy food for that price. Pretty disappointed when local restaurants who source high quality organic food from local farms is 35$ cheaper than coming here. Insane for pre packaged Sysco food.

Fairmount diner is no longer the same place it had used to be. I remember there was I time I used to go there and the chicken fried steak was awesome! Today we paid $8.00 for two small nasty cups of coffee. It tasted stale like it was heated up from the day before . My girlfriend and I had breakfast. Mine was cold , cold gravy of cold chicken fried steak. The steak was much smaller than previous times I had eaten there. My girlfriend’s bacon looked like it had been re-heated before served to us. Are Server never asked how the food tasted? With inflation high I would think a business as such would want to keep their reputation. Next time I have breakfast in mind I might just head to Black bear in sequim. Sry PA , fairmount is dead.
