I would sadly describe this place as overrated and average. It is definitely not worth the money, yet. The seating needs an upgrade, the chairs are flimsy and do not fit the rest of the interior design. The food was bad or okay. The calamari was served on fava beans, a failed experiment. The greek salad is simply chopped up vegetables on olive oil/spices, nothing to write home about. The lamb was good but the orzo was again nothing special. We did not finish the food, which rarely happens. I know Turkish/Greek food better than most, so this place may appeal to the average American but they need to do so much better with ambiance and the food to please a more selective customer. This place was awesome!! Honestly super authentic and really great food. The portions are on the smaller side but that was well advertised. We ordered the Melitzanosalata (eggplant garlic dip), the Taramasalata (carp roe and potato dip), the Keftedes (pork and beef meatballs), and Giouvesti (lamb shank with orzo pasta). Honestly everything was incredibly delicious. The dip to pita ratio was a bit low. I would say the highlight of the meal was the meatballs, they were so flavorful and full of spices and would definitely recommend that. The lamb shank and orzo was to die for as well. One of the best dining experiences of my life. Amazing food, great service, great atmosphere. Highly recommend the Gyro Plato, the Varenika and the Baklava as standouts!

We fell in love with Fili! Every dish is a masterpiece! This is a beautiful little piece of Greece in the heart of Rhode Island.

Never a disappointment food is always delicious. Drinks are on point. This is my go to place on a Friday night. I look forward to it after working all day.! If you haven’t been, I suggest you try it!
