Esposito's Pizza and Italian Restaurant

I have been going to Esposito’s for 20+ years. Their vodka sauce is some of the best I’ve ever had - on pasta, chicken, or pizza dish. Their grandma pies (regular and w/ vodka sauce) are top tier. The owner Angelo is always so welcoming and I feel like family walking in there. A lot of the staff have been there for many years too, who are all super friendly as well. A great local spot in our community.

So Esposito’s continues to deny the fact that I received a thick string in my pizza. So now I needed to post a SECOND review through my other email account. We never made the call because it was Sunday night, we were beyond disgusted, and you are closed on Mondays so by Tuesday we decided to only leave a review. We did not care about receiving a refund, but we wanted to make people aware that a literal piece of rope was found in our pizza. We are not competitors trying to ruin a business, we do NOT have the wrong Esposito’s, this is the ONLY espositio’s we have ever been to. It is downright embarrassing that you continue to not own up to what we found in the pizza, even though we took a PICTURE. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Went here recently with the wife and kids and we all loved the pizza. Staff was super friendly especially to my kids. If you want a kid friendly place with awesome pizza this is your spot!!

We have ordered from them multiple times, but yesterday we ordered a sausage pizza. In one of the slices there was a four inch piece of thick rope, it was in their CRUMBLED SAUSAGE PIE. It is careless that that was IN the pizza. Now that the owner who replied to my review is denying this ever happened, we will definitely NOT be going back there. Horrible service. ***I do NOT have the wrong Esposito’s.*** This is the EXACT location we went to and got this disgusting rope in our pizza!

It's a popular and well-known Italian pizza restaurant. Good cuisine, especially their pizza and pies. inside the store several employees around to assist customers, so service is not bad, but the dining space is outdated. It looks like I'm at my grandmother's house - truly, it has to be fixed - people like to go out and eat and enjoy themselves, and this restaurant doesn't give them that feeling - good cuisine and a decent ambiance can make a great difference.
