Eruption Brewery & Bistro

Very busy on a Saturday, so we waited about 25 minutes, but food came out SO fast. Kids Mac and cheese was good; the home bread wasn’t all that special; nacho tots were good; pizza crust was really good, but I wish we’d gotten something other than the elk. It was good, but didn’t really scratch the pizza itch. Beer was good - 20 choices which was great. The strawberry milk was the only one I didn’t like - it was like sludge. The flavor was ok, it the texture was very strange.

This place was suggested to us by a local who said we wouldn’t be disappointed and we definitely weren’t. The ghost pepper cheese curds were amazing , the cheesy outter crust with the heat of the ghost pepper and cheesy middle made these curds stand out , we also went with the mushroom Mac and cheese and the mushroom pizza and the smash burger (sub bison) and hands down everything was superb, the Mac and Cheese still has me wanting more …. Our server Sadie (?) as well as all the other staff were friendly and helpful and gave great recommendations, already want to make a trip back to eat here again !

Excellent. The smash burger was delicious. Brioche bun was great and quality of toppings good as well. Might be a bit greasy for some, but I thought it was the perfect amount. Taste and texture of fries was great as well. My fiends all liked their bison burgers and salads also. Staff was friendly and food didn’t take long to make. Would recommend.

Nice brewery with roughly 20 kegs of craft beer. Got a flight, pizza, tarter tot nachos and brussel sprouts.The pizza is a sourdough crust was pretty good considering how big the crust is. Friday night live music was nice. Everything was good. I would come back next time I’m in town. The bright fluorescent lighting was a bit much.

This was a quiet Monday afternoon and my wife and I wanted a relaxing, comfortable bite to eat. We saw the sign on Main Street and walked down. It was perfect, and more than we could have expected. The food was terrific (I had the Muffaletta sandwich, she had a pizza) and the drinks were very nice. The Oktoberfest was quite spot-on! And the best part? The service! Sadie was just delightful. An all-American gal with a great attitude. We definitely recommend. We will be back.
