Erbert and Gerberts

This erbert and gerbert's is absolutely awful do not go there what the heck. My wife and I placed an order via door dash from this location. One of the sandwiches was beyond messed up, like it was intentional, obviously excluding main ingredients like the bacon, and we ordered extra chicken which cost extra, and didn't get extra. There was hair in it. I couldn't believe it. One of the soups we ordered had two hard plastic pieces in it, and the other was a cheese and broccoli and had no broccoli! We had a previous order that was jacked too. It's apparently a trend at this location. There's no way employees are pulling this sort of garbage with the store management not knowing about it.

Went into the bathroom as an employee was coming out and he definitely didn’t wash his hands. Not acceptable in the food service industry. Also ordered a sandwich with pickles and banana peppers and came with neither. It’s not like they were busy, one employee was standing on his phone. Would not recommend.

For a small chain, and quick sandwiches. We were very happy with our dinner. Staff were polite and concisely answered the few questions we had. Dining room was clean. We had small sandwiches (the 5 and 44) with drinks and soup on the side. Completely forgot to snap pics until after we had finished. The one quible I would have was the waste receptacle by the entrance. It has/had 3 holes with 3 bins but no labels. No clue if we were super supposed to sort our trash.

My sandwich was amazing. Got it free for my birthday. Such a delicious sandwich. Thank you

Subs are 8”, for $9.99 there aren’t a ton of toppings or meat. I was pretty surprised as a first timer how small the rolls were. The bread is delicious and the subs were made quick. We opted for 2 turkey and 1 cheesesteak. Overall I’d try it again but there seems to be bigger portions and better quality at Jersey Mikes. Restrooms were clean as was the restaurant, trash was not overflowing and the team was friendly.
