The customer service was pleasant enough. The Cheddar Broccoli soup was tasty, could use a little more broccoli floweretts in it. Plenty of seating. Decor is fun. Next time I'll try one of the sandwiches..

Worst experience ever! I hate writing bad reviews, I know the store is new BUT c'mon!!! We've never had Erbert and Gerberts so we decided to see what it's like. Like everyone else, we stood around for 20 minutes waiting for our food. The girls behind the counter didn't even look like they wanted to be there. We ordered 2 sandwiches, the "hot" brisket, bacon, cheddar and BBQ sauce Beacon and a half Spartan which is supposed to have sliced chicken breast, bacon cheddar and ranch and made that one a box combo with chili and chips. THERE WAS ESSENTIALLY NO CHICKEN. (See pic) They sent us out the door with that sandwich!?! And if a sandwich description boasts BBQ sauce, there needs to be more than just a smear at best. I have ate here twice. Both times my sandwich was very tasty. The price is pretty good - I think the sandwiches are good size for 8 bucks. I will be back to support this business. It is nice to have an Erberts and Gerberts in Big Lake. I normally end up getting the roast beef. It is my fav! Also it is worth noting how clean this location. The dining area always looks clean and kept up.

Really enjoyed the sandwiches (the rotisserie #22 was extra good imo) and the soup was pretty good too. It's a shame that a rough launch has hurt their google reviews. Don't let that stop you from giving them a shot (I hesitated for months for that very reason). Seems they have got it together now and if you like it, leave a positive review. Hope erby-gerby is here to stay.
