Truly enjoyable meal in a great neighborhood restaurant. Everything was delicious and the service excellent. We enjoyed a lovely cauliflower appetizer, a beautiful, simple fresh salad. Three of our party enjoyed the rock fish. The 4th had an amazing sea food stew with spaghetti. Clearly a favorite of the locals. You won’t be disappointed. (Best to make a reservation.) We stopped here after going to the Richmond Marathon expo at the Speedway. We had a Caesar salad, pesto pasta, and a duck pasta (special). The bread served before the meal was great and the rest of the food was excellent. We didn’t have a reservation and were able to sneak in quickly, but it was fully booked for a Friday night. Would recommend!

Everything about this place is perfect. My new all time favorite tortellinis. Our waitress Ali was super friendly and had great recommendations. I’m going to be a new regular here.

It is the first restaurant we went to when we moved to Richmond in 2013. It was great then and still serves great food 12 years later. My wife and I always go early and sit at the bar — excellent home cooked Italian fare with wine recommendations that are always right on the money. One of our absolute “go to” spots in Richmond.

Even thou this doesn't look like much from the sign or outside it was great place to eat. The bread was fresh and good dipping it in olive oil. The fried calamari was tasty. I had halibut special with pesto pasta . It was very good. The wine selection was very good. For dessert we had canolli and lemon cake they were top notch.
