Em's Subs

At least one staff member is always mean to me every time I've stopped here. The subs have been fine but I got a container of pudding from here once and it tasted so badly of alcohol that I threw it away because it didn't seem safe to eat, even though it was supposedly not past it's date. It wasn't the only thing from there cooler that was bad either, I got two other things and they tasted really old as well. :(

Overly busy today..not a problem. Police officer orders after and get his food before me. Staff apologizes "i didn't want you to think we skipped over you, but he had to get back out there". First of all my job is also important to the safety and well being of the comminity.... Secondly, way to make your customer feel unimportant and unappreciated.... sorely disappointed.

Went in yesterday for the first time to get my husband a sandwich for lunch. I asked the cashier to make sure I said no dressing on the sandwich because I didn’t see it on the slip and I just wanted to make sure. The older lady on the register snapped back saying that she knows for a fact she put no dressing but they’ll double check because “some people don’t know how to read.” I said it’s okay I trust you it’s all good. She proceeded to take my sandwich out of the bag and ask the girl who made it to check it. I kept saying it was really no big deal and I’ll take my chances… very weird hostile vibes towards co workers and customers. Used to stop in here pretty often. I can't pinpoint when the bread/ham changed, but it did, and it sucks. Not to mention the counter lady is rather unpleasant. Super rude. I'm not sure if she is related to the lady at the Johnstown location, but they act identically. After the last stop, I won't be back.

Good stop, walking distance from Somerset hospital. They will make you a delicious sandwich and they have a lot of drink options and even lottery tickets, but having eaten there, I have to recommend getting your food to go.
