In the past we ordered food. It was very good. Made to perfection. Order, pickup. Pretty simple. Today we ordered online. I ordered $70 worth of food. En route to pick it up we get a message stating our order has been cancelled and our money will be returned in 3 business days. What the heck? So on our way to another restaurant that actually processed our order we saw the place was open and a few cars in the lot. We called. They answered. " Why was our order cancelled"? " Because we were busy and turned door dash online off" That it terrible customer service. If you cannot handle online orders you shouldn't advertise taking them. This is the age of online services. Instead of taking my money hostage don't accept it in the first place. It's bad enough 10 wings are $17 ,but this makes it eve

The wings were on point as always, the pizza was amazing. Everyone was very polite yet professional. Not a single complaint. They went above and beyond.

Wow can I just say their sheet pizza is amazing. It’s not that premade pizza dough crap. This is straight up Italian pizza made with love. And their sauce is amazing. I can almost truly say they use San Marzano tomatoes. It was so tasty!!

So I love the NY style and got the sheet pizza and wings special recently. The pizza was 5 stars in terms of taste and the wings were great! But I'm docking a star for the cut on the sheet pizza. It's like they forgot to finish cutting, then didn't even fully cut what they did!

I specifically said "no peppers AT ALL, all I want on the sub is Swiss cheese, mayo and a little lettuce. I got a sloppy well done hamburger sub riddled with PEPPERS ANNND ONIONS and a ton of lettuce and the sub rolls were not only tiny and generic but soggy, hardly toasted. Also ordered a BLT and the bacon was over cooked. I spent over $60 and I am extremely unhappy. Also, I WENT THERE to try and get a replacement or my money back for this garbage and the person told me she " had to review my order and she would call me" still weeks later and nothing.
