Emerald restaurant lounge

Love the establishment. The Owners take very good care of their customers. The Food amazing and the vibe. Had chicken and salmon over potato with Alfredo and teriyaki sauce to die for 🤤 . Just recently had chicken and Salmon Alfredo over rice. Very delicious as well.

Today I Took my tastebuds to Emeralds Lounge On Pearl Road On Cleveland’s Westside. Everything was on point from the vibes to the food, to the drinks, to the food & everything else above. The music was a good blend of classic R&B with a few modern Tunes as well with a good mix of today’s top hits. Our server JaeLynn was amazing! Very attentive to everyone’s needs while maintaining a positive energy with a good attitude. I ordered the chicken Philly that came with fries. Also a loaded baked potato with the works!! Everything was seasoned to Perfection & plenty food to eat. There were also games throughout the venue which made it fun. A pool table, connect four, & jenga. I highly recommend you check out this lowkey hidden gem & commence in the immaculate vibes they have to offer. Celebrated

I did not end up booking my event with the Emerald Lounge but my interactions with Jaida was amazing and professional. I contacted her last minute because I lost the venue I originally booked just 4 days before my event. She promptly returned my inquiry and offered solutions. The only reason we didn't book with Emerald Lounge was because another venue offered their space for free and when fundraising for a small nonprofit every penny counts. I hope to use the Emerald Lounge in the future!

The customer service is amazing , i had a great bartender ! Drinks were Amazing , great communication, Very kind , respectful, the atmosphere is just simply amazing and great vibes.
