Elysium Immersive Dining

Fantastic experience at Elysium. Won’t ruin the surprises for you, but added some photos to share in the ambiance. Tommy is fantastic, and even before the experience, make sure that we were able to have our dietary restrictions and timings accommodating to fit our party. When we arrived, we were warmly created and had a welcome champagne and appetizers before we started dinner. The actual dinner is in a special room outfitted with the immersive experience. There were two other groups who were there as well. As they take you through each country, the waiters explain the pairings and then after many of the dishes, grace you with torching/fire on the course. The six-course tasting menu took us on a beautifully curated journey through five different countries, with each dish thoughtfully crafted and full of bold, creative flavors. The presentation was stunning, and the immersive atmosphere made the entire evening feel like a true culinary experience rather than just a meal. The wine pairings were perfectly selected and elevated each course, complementing the flavors in a way that made every bite even more memorable. From start to finish, it was mind-blowing. We had an incredible experience at Elysium’s Immersive Dining. The food was amazing, the atmosphere beautiful, and my family especially loved the exquisite wine selection. I have very strict dietary restrictions (no gluten, no dairy, and more), and the team truly went above and beyond to accommodate me. Amazing experience from start to finish! Each course came with a thoughtful wine pairing and was inspired by a different European country. Standouts included the perfectly cooked octopus from Portugal, flavorful saffron seafood from Spain (the shrimp was my favorite!), and the divine cauliflower purée from France. The Italian pasta with Gorgonzola, pecans, pears, and truffle was surprisingly harmonious and delicious. Greece delivered a tasty lamb chop with garlic potatoes and feta, and dessert was a tiramisu-inspired treat with a marshmallow twist. Highly recommend

Every course representing a different Portugal, Spain, Greece, Italy, and a final surprise and each one absolutely spectacular. The fire-forward presentation added drama in the best way. It wasn’t gimmicky; it enhanced the flavors and the story of each dish. You don’t order you trust. Omakase style. And trust me, they earn that trust. It’s immersive, sensual, and beautifully curated. A full sensory journey. Highly recommend for date night, celebrations, or anyone who wants dinner to feel like an event.
