Elliott's Oyster House

Elliott’s Oyster House has always been my top choice in Seattle when I want to bring an out-of-town friend. The location is great, and it has amazing waterfront views if you get a seat by the window or patio. Our server last night was incredibly attentive and took the time to walk us through the different oysters, which we really appreciated, it made the experience super enjoyable. I ordered the miso black cod. The fish itself was excellent and perfectly cooked, though the black bean sauce was a bit on the salty side. A little more rice would help balance the dish nicely. Aside from that, everything else was great. My friend ordered the menu special rockfish, and the seasoning was spot on. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and will definitely be back!

My wife and I walked in for dinner and the restaurant was clean and on the water and looked very nice inside with the wood and oyster selection. We told them we are visiting Seattle for our 15 year wedding anniversary. When we arrived to our table they had an anniversary card for us. Our server Edie was very knowledgeable of the oysters and a delight to have as a server. My wife’s halibut was grilled to perfection and my prawn and scallop risotto was absolutely divine. The manager gave us a free dessert for our anniversary. Overall, an outstanding experience and we highly recommend this restaurant.

Fantastic restaurant and oyster bar right on the water. This was my first stop after leaving the airport. David was so knowledgeable of the oysters, I’m so glad I stopped here! I got to try so many awesome types! The mignonettes were amazing too!

From the moment I walked in, the service was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The seafood was incredibly fresh and flavorful. The atmosphere was beautiful and relaxing, with stunning waterfront views that made the experience even better. Everything from the oysters to the entrées was top-tier. Elliott’s truly delivers an unforgettable dining experience. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Seattle!

lots of wood and a warm cozy feel, not stand out for the atmosphere. a location that has the 20% service charge that goes to the house, FYI. which is where a star went. water not to far away, and the oysters were great. the king salmon was tender and they definitely know their sea food.
