I love dropping into Ellen's on my way home. The food hits the spot every time and the service is fantastic. This is a carry-out/catering operation. The food is always hot and ready to go.

Oh my. This was my first visit. When I say it was worth it yes, it was worth it. Let’s start first with the service. The service was awesome. The atmosphere was Homie. It was like hey welcome to my home. The food was off the chain. Three people could have eaten off of my plate I had enough for leftovers, night snack, and leftovers Midday snack the next day. The flavors were popping, that means you know that my stomach was happy.

Very good value for your money!! Great food!! Huge portions! Friendly service!! All round worth it!!

You can't get a $15 meal like this anywhere else. We got 2, and probably could have fed a family of 5. I was able to eat off mine all week. Great comfort food. Sides can vary depending on the day. Cash only and takeout only. Prices in the menu I pictured are from Aug 2024.

This place is amazing when you have the taste for soul food. The older gentleman who works here slightly has a Jamaican accent and he is extremely polite to every customer and guest. Everything on the menu is prepared and cooked daily. All items are incredible but I recommend the rice with gravy, turkey wings, macaroni and cheese, and green beans. The portion sizes here are ridiculous so bring an appetite or a friend to share with. Please bring cash because they do not accept credit or debit cards as payment. Also just as Chick-fil-A this place is closed on Sundays.
