Elevated Sandwiches

Elevated Sandwiches is a cozy and welcoming spot in Fort Collins that’s perfect for a relaxed meal. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff, especially our waitress, was incredibly kind and friendly, which made the experience even better. We ordered the cheese steak sandwich, and it was absolutely delicious, flavorful, perfectly cooked, and very satisfying. I also tried the beet salad, which was fresh and tasty with a great balance of flavors. However, I do regret adding the chicken breast to it, the texture and flavor were off, and it oddly tasted more like beef than chicken. Overall, this place is a great choice for sandwiches and casual dining. I’d definitely return, just without the chicken next time!

Excellent craft sandwiches with massive portions. Best sandwiches I've had in Ft Collins hands down. The cheese curds and pierogi were also delicious. The staff were all extremely friendly which made the experience even better. To top it off they also have a selection of beer and wine to sip on as well! I'll definitely be back!

Awesome food. We tried the cheesesteak and it was very close to if not the best I’ve ever had. Also got the fried mushrooms and the horseradish aoli was to die for. It’s a simple little sandwich shop, not alot of employees but I got up to grab something, and a cook on break asked what I needed! Amazing local spot you gotta check out and support. They rule.

The sandwiches here are hit or miss. We got "The Spicy Turkey" and "Da Chicago Beef". The turkey was pretty decent, not very spicy but the flavor was there. The beef was not good, the meat had zero seasoning and was dry. Having au jus to dip it in made it bearable but having that provided isn't an excuse to overcook an unsalted cut of beef.

Freakin' great sandwiches. I wish we lived closed to FOCO. I had the Chicago beef and it was excellent. My wife had the tuna and hers was even better than mine.
