I took my out for an excellent birthday dinner at Elephant Thai tonight. The presentation as well as the service, atmosphere, and quality of the food was superb. I think we have found a new favorite. D.E.C.A.D.E.
We tried out Elephant Thai for the first time today and will definitely be returning. We ordered off menu instead of trying the lunch buffet because it was our first experience. We order 2 of our favorite Thai dishes seasoned at the Thai medium level and they were both excellent. Portions were quite gracious as well. Well done, Elephant Thai!!
Just come here! Don’t think about it. It was such a good place to stop for lunch. The variety was great. The food is brought in small batches and is fresh. I loved the basil chicken because it has a spicy kick and the yellow curry chicken is perfectly sweet ( I had two bowls) The green beans paired well with the jasmine rice. The spring rolls were delicious with the s&s sauce. We paid $37 and that included a $5 Thai tea. How key just come here if you love Thai! I promise you won’t be disappointed😌
This was my first visit, but it will not be my last. My 2 year old daughter and I arrived a few minutes after they opened at 11am. They were still putting fresh food on the line as we were seated. I opted for the buffets. I was asked if she eating and I said yes. I would have felt bad if they didn't charge me and my daughter decided today would be the day she wanted to grub. The food was hot and flavorful. More than enough sauces and spices for everyone's palette. The staff was great and accommodating to children.
The staff is kind. the buffet has more options than the one in Short Pump. The way the buffet is set up makes it more accessible. The food is delicious and authentic. You cannot beat the value for the price of the lunch buffet!
