We had the most wonderful experience dining here! The food was absolutely phenomenal. Every dish was full of rich flavor and beautifully presented. The service was equally fabulous; the staff was warm, attentive, and made us feel so welcome from the moment we walked in. We were celebrating a birthday, and they truly went above and beyond. A handwritten birthday card waiting on the table when we arrived was such a thoughtful and personal touch. To top it off, the crème brûlée we enjoyed for dessert was delicious, perfectly creamy with that classic crisp caramelized top. Overall, an exceptional evening from start to finish. Highly recommend for any special occasion or a memorable night out!

Have walked by Elements so many times but never had a chance to come in - when I was looking for where to grab brunch this morning I was happy to see Elements had a brunch menu. Service was so great - everyone was kind, friendly, and seemed genuinely happy to be there. The menu options were great - I ended up getting the steak & eggs and my dad got the chilaquiles verdes. We both also got mimosas - they do something different with their grapefruit mimosas and I love it!! So many times the grapefruit mimosas are sickly tart but this one was not. Food, drinks, and service were all great. I look forward to having brunch here again in the future.

I recently read on facebook that many people's favorite place in vancouver was Elements, so i decided to try it out for my birthday. Elevated menu, if you love both veggies and meats especially, such an amazing balance of flavors. I have never heard my husband say "complex flavors" before tonight, he is usually a standard meat and potatoes man - we went for my birthday, but its now his favorite restaraunt. Try the drinks with beets and carrots in them, you will be so pleasantly surprised. The main dishes sound intense - maybe they dont sound good at all on paper, but they WORK. And they will blow your mind when you taste them. Its a small staff, be patient, its absolutely worth it.

I tried to describe this place to someone and couldn’t quite find a category for it. It has the hallmarks of European fine dining with beautiful plating and complex flavors, yet also offers the generous portions you would expect from a traditional American restaurant. The menu has something for both adventurous and conservative palates, which makes it especially approachable. The melon and prosciutto appetizer was outstanding. The prosciutto was the most authentic I have had in America, and the melon was perfectly ripe. It was paired with a chili flake vinaigrette that balanced the sweet and salty elements beautifully. The New York steak was incredible, perfectly cooked, generously portioned, and well seasoned. The sauce really put it over the top for me. It was rich and flavorful, and t

This was one of the best meals I've ever had out! Everything was packed with flavor, filling, texturally satisfying, and exceeded my expectations. Pictured are the "where's the beet" mocktail, beet salad, salmon, and apple purse with ice cream. Everyone was super friendly and attentive as well! The tables are cute and unique, and it's right near a bus stop.
