El Tripletazo NC

I stop by this truck frequently after work at big lots and every thing on the menu is 100% certified FIRE. It's genuinely the best food truck in NC no contest. Huge portions as well. The owner is insanely nice and he deserves the reputation, genuinely fantastic guy. Eat here if you're nearby it's so worth it.

Came to this place at hugger mugger, really good food, 10/10 service, my parents got the roasted and fried mofongos I got chicken kabobs, would eat here again given the chance.

My dad and I stumbled across this truck after a long day of traveling for our first meal of the day around 6pm and I have to say it was heaven sent for us to go to that parking lot. The chicharrón de pollo was delicious, crunchy and well seasoned!! Mofongo was soft and moist! Mayo ketchup great flavor! And not only was the food amazing, the guy in the truck was super nice, service 10/10!! Will definitely be back when we visit NC again!

I had noticed this truck for quite some time and I finally had the chance to try some of the food today. It was good and the customer service was also good. The gentleman running the truck is friendly. We had fried cheese and Dominican salami! They were delicious. We also had beef empanada’s, me and the kids favorite 🤤😋. I had sweet plantains which were good and the portion was fair. The kids had fries, which they liked. The food came with a special dipping sauce. We’ll difintrly be back to try other items on the menu. I love empanadas and these take me back to my childhood, those will be a staple for us. We recommend you give this food truck a try 👍🏽👍🏽

Went to a near by store and noticed the food truck. I’m Puerto Rican and we’re always trying to find Puerto Rican spots so I had to try it. No regrets! I ordered alcapurias, plátanos maduros, tripleta sándwich and mofongo with Pernil. My husband and I loved it all!
