El Sombrero Mexican Restaurant

This is the most over priced bland Mexican food I have ever had. We had the $26 fajitas, minimal meat all veggies, steak and chicken, i dont know how you mess beans up, but they definitely managed that. 3 plates of 2 enchiladas, 2 fajita platters, and some shrimp special situation. The food didn't flow Mexican more like mexican't. The place is beautiful the food and service are poor. We paid $56 total to plates 2 drinks non-alcoholic. The other 2 couples paid $60+ for 2 alcohol drinks margaritas were all juice no alcohol.

I'm a truck driver from Virginia. I was in the area for a pickup and decided to bobtail over here for dinner tonight. I'm glad I did. The chips & salsa were great. So were my chicken enchiladas, ranchero beans, rice & ground beef taco. It's definitely a place to come back to if I find myself back here. 😋

We go here a few times a year and they never disappoint. I will say service isnt the worst but when your sitting trying to have dinner and all you here is the staff in back talking loudly and inappropriately for a resteraunt environment spewing foul language it makes you want to leave. I go out to resteraunts to enjoy a nice meal with family and a resteraunt environment should be able to make that a good experience. While I like the food the staff needs to work on how they speak when in ear shot of their customers as it is highly unprofessional.

Friendly staff and delicious food! Disappointed that they don't offer Coke from Mexico (in a glass bottle). Atmosphere is bright and welcoming. Portion sizes were generous. Chips & salsa were yummy!

The chimis are delicious, chicken needs seasoning or smoke, I asked about the birria tacos and found out they arent fried or crispy so they arent real good ones and theyre expensive here for not being pan fried like they should be.
