EL REY DE LAS PUPUSAS

I recently had the pleasure of dining at El Rey de Las Pupusas, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. What drew me to this restaurant was the option of two different sizes for their Pupusas, and I decided to try both the regular and the larger size. The photos truly speak volumes about the size difference - the bigger ones were impressive! The pupusas were incredibly cheesy and, most importantly, absolutely delicious. The blend of flavors and the generous amount of cheese made every bite a delight. The combination of textures and the savory taste left me craving for more. The regular and larger sizes provided a choice to satisfy different appetites, which was a great feature. First timer & last timer. I didn't know about this place since i usually go to Central Falls for mines & honestly after today im not coming here again...service was nice, lady was friendly (pick up order) but Pupusas are empty!!!!! I ordered 6 and i cut into the 3 that were mine and all 3 were exactly the same. $40 definitely not worth it sorry!!!!

First and last time buying pupusas here. They were mostly burned. And with little to no filling. The sauce tasted canned and very sweet like for pasta or something.

Popusas suppose to be cheesy. Suppose to be stringy when you cut it. It’s simple. What I got was just a tortilla. A nice tortilla with nothing inside. She said it was because it was for take out and it happens, I guess it happens a lot here. Not coming here again. Had to throw 16 popusas away.

Honestly these where the worst pupusas of providence. they have no taste whatsoever they are super uncooked from the inside no filling , la salsa tasted like caned Goya sauce no flavor at all very disappointing I honestly hope I don’t get sick with this horrible meal I had
