GOT FOOD POISONING! After 12pm mass decided to go down the street and try the food. Before entering the restaurant there was a horrible stench that smells like raw sewage which was my first sign to go back into the vehicle and go elsewhere. Second sign was not seeing a single native person eating in there. Once you enter it was very dark even though it was a sunny clear day. The decor was just Mexican blankets all over the ceiling and a huge Mayan calendar. The food was alright. The safest food was the flour chips but the kids got burnt chicken tacos. The super combo plate had a tasty chili poblano but other than that underwhelming. Unfortunately whoever prepared the pollo rostizado my wife ordered had botched it because the morning after she got food poisoning and even worse my son trie

As soon as you walk in you notice how dark it's in there. Other than the food is tasty...the beans were a bit on the hard side though. Excellent customer service and you could tell the locals love the place it was pretty packed. Another thing to note is that every combo does come with a small salad and soup which was really good. All combos beginning around $15.

Service was wonderful! Food was tasty, free chips and salsa. We ordered the shrimp fajitas, Chile relleno, and drinks. The atmosphere is okay, very dark inside. This place is local so it’s worth stopping by to check them out. Prices are around $15 for an entree.

Good tacos, Carlos the bartender was Awesome and made great Margaritas! I would highly recommend you visit El Ranchito:)

Their Rancheras are my top recommendation to try here. If it's just you going to eat them, I'd order a half order. They are pretty big. A full order is 6 large chips with everything on top. I get full with 2 chips so I order a half order. Really nice chill low-light environment. I love the atmosphere here too.
