El Bohio Restaurant

The food here is really good I gave it 4 stars because the menu is hard to navigate and when you were trying to order or ask questions about the food if you don't know the food they don't have somebody that speaks English well always at the counter. So I really couldn't even asked the questions that I wanted to ask. I didn't know how much the food was when I was ordering it until it all got rung up. The portions are pretty large. They have some small tables and stools to sit on to eat in if you'd like but most people just sit there while they wait for their food.

Great food, horrible service! The minute we entered, my Black family was not greeted and did not feel welcome. The staff continued with their conversation with not acknowledgement of us. I had to get the staff's attention to ask questions about portion sizes and what food was available. After we ordered, I followed up with a question and an older woman told us to sit down and that the food was coming. There was a man at the counter who was much more friendly and engaged in answering our question. Again the food was flavorful, fresh and tender beef! However, it's not worth it when the service experience isn't top tier.

Amazing food, good price and big portions.

Food is good, but the service is completely trash. Asking for what you want is a bother. Same problem with the spot in Worcester. They dont appreciate there customers.

Everything was excellent 👌. I recommend it am definitely going back.
