Potato Pit Stop

This place is amazing. There was not one part of this meal I didn't like.. Everything was so damn good. The cheese sauce and hot sauces were homemade. The carnita melted in your mouth. That brisket was perfect. LOVE IT. Will be back soon

Finally went here yesterday for the first time. I had driven past many times and was not quite sure what it was. I think it could use better lighting on the signage. I was not totally sure if it was food or automotive related until I actually drove up and parked to check it out. It’s food; now I know. Awesome food, actually! Baked, stuffed, humongous potatoes. The options run from traditional to very unusual. I ordered a Turkish Kumpir style potato and a sweet potato with marshmallow. I’m not even sure what was in/on the Turkish potato but it was EXTREMELY DELICIOUS and the flavors were unique! It is hard to find a new flavor in the ‘Burg that you have never experienced. This place never disappoints I’m not exaggerating when I say these potatoes right here at the potato pitstop are the single-handed most delicious loaded potatoes I’ve had in my life. I’m somewhat of a regular now and I’m a keep coming. God bless you Potatoe loving people

The food is delicious! I decided to go with carnitas salad, ranch dressing, pico de gallo and pickles onions. Everything tasted so refreshing and delicious!! My mom went with the star of the menu, the baked potato filled with braised brisket and cheese. Of course I tried it and it was not only delicious but the skin was eatable like crunchy chips!! Sooo yummy. If you are around try it, you won’t regret it.

My first time getting a baked potato here. The owner was so nice and figured out with my online build my own order that I needed a dairy free. He made special corn for mine without butter! So thoughtful. He said next time to just make a note that I need dairy free. Everyone else in our party got loaded potato choices from the menu. Potatoes were perfectly cooked with crispy skins (even after our 15 minute drive). The jalapeños were finely diced (for better distribution!), the pico de gallo was fresh, and the carnitas were tender and flavorful! Others loved the cheese sauce and guacamole. We all thoroughly enjoyed them and will be back again!
