Wish I could give more stars! The food and customer service were outstanding. We came in with a fairly large group, yet the attentiveness and attention to detail made it feel like we were a much smaller party. The food was absolutely amazing, and we were even checked on to ensure everyone was enjoying their meals, any concerns were addressed immediately. I honestly don’t think I’ve ever experienced this level of customer service. Such a great experience overall. I’ll definitely be back soon!

Our hiking community Purpose Driven Hikers out of Charlotte,NC ate here today as our post hike lunch and Hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had! The customer service was top-tier, the atmosphere was great, and the quality was outstanding. You can tell they truly care about their customers. I’ll definitely be back and I highly recommend them to anyone! And listen the food was fresh, flavorful & delicious!!! The drinks were also on point!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Great customer service and an amazing menu with options for both omnivores and vegans. Perfect for large groups and truly accommodating. Fair prices, high quality, and food that tastes like grandma’s cooking and the music is a vibe. You gotta try it for yourself. Side note: I don’t give out good reviews lightly. People are quick to complain and slow to praise, and gatekeeping this place would be a crime. EJ’s deserves the love.

Wife and I went for brunch today and everything was delicious. The salmon bites were cooked perfectly and the 704 sauce served with it was a great pairing. I had chicken wings and the red velvet waffle for my entree. The chicken was cooked to perfection and had amazing flavor. The waffle was fluffy and delicious as well. We can’t wait to bring our family to experience the place.

Let me tell you... this is soul food at its finest! The red beans and rice is "slap your Mama good!" The mac n cheese is creamy and the seasoning is on point! TRY the fried pork chop dinner... you will thank me! OH yeah... almost forgot... they cater... Just saying.!
