I purchased an ITALGI brand Multipla pasta extruder and ravioli maker on 3/27/2020. I spoke with James directly and he was an absolute professional to work with. James responded nearly instantly whenever I had questions, doubts, or inquires about the process. The purchase itself went smoothly and the item was packed up and put on a freight truck nearly instantantly. As you can see the item was packaged extremely carefully with attention to detail clearly obvious when it arrived. There wasn't so much as a scratch on the item when it arrived.
