To management and owners of Edie’s Pizza. Would it bother you to lose a loyal customer for well over 20 years? We ordered our usual thin crust pizza two weeks ago. The crust was so thin you couldn’t pick a slice up and the crust was dried out and burned. It was never like that in the past. You gave us a $15 dollar credit and we ordered again, you always ask “pick up or delivery “ after telling the employee delivery, we waited an hour and a half only to be told it was still sitting there, cold. We’ve spent a lot of money there over all these years. Maybe your employees don’t value your customers? So, your delivery girl shows up and tries telling me the $15 credit would be applied for the next order! Unbelievable! After being told when we ordered it would be applied today. Needless to say w

Best gluten free pizza I've ever had! You can tell they make it fresh and in house.

Picked up take out order and got home to see I was given the wrong order. Called and spoke with owner Greg Edie. Instead of taking ownership and being professional, Greg brushed off the error and spoke sarcastically stating it wasn’t a loss. No recognition that we drove all the way to get what we ordered and did not. Hey Greg, this is why we go to Bella. They appreciate their customers and take full responsibility for their errors. Greg you spoke down to me, laughed at me during our conversation. Shame on you. You are a small business pizza place owner but certainly not a humble person. Look elsewhere for pizza and take Hamburg, Boston, Eden. In this economy you have to choose wisely where you spend your money.

Great food. I ordered a large pizza, wings and a salad and it was delicious! Definitely recommend! Friendly staff as well.

Born & raised in hamburg off main street, Went to union pleasant elementary, Then to HMS, Then HHS. Lived out of state for 6 years now and havent had edies in 4 years. i wake up in the middle of the night craving Edies pizza & a bbq finger sub on the pit. This was always my childhood pizza spot. Place does not get enough recognition in the pizza game. This place is a heavy hitter forsure.
