EatsBC - Better Choices

Love supporting a local delivery service that actually cares. Food always arrives fresh, and the customer service is top-notch. So glad we have Eats BC in town!

Drivers are always very friendly. Dispatch is quick to respond to issues and have them fixed. My order today was messed up too to bottom by the restaurant, and I figured it would only be refunded. Instead I just got a message notifying me my second order was in route. The selection may not be as big, but the customer service is head and shoulders above the competition.

We have used BCEats a few times and tonight was the worst. while they are always late tonight was ridiculous. $70 worth of food. Cold, not even edible. Supposed to be here at 7 got here at almost 8. Tracking the driver he had it in his car over an hour as he delivered other deliveries. Totally unacceptable. If you don’t have drivers don’t take orders!!!!

I've had 3 experiences with EatsBC. We live in Assyria and not much comes out here even though we are not that far in miles. We are considered Bellevue. We had an order that was wrong and I had to jump through hoops to get the refund for the salad and dessert that was missing. I gave it some time and when they announced that they were adding Steve's pizza. I posted a comment on FB about wishing we could have that delivered out to us. They made it happen. Steve's is great...but one can only have so much lol. When the Drumstick was added, I private messaged about wondering if we could be added. The message was read and not responded to. So I waited a couple days and said how I appreciate the response. Their response to my last message was "Glad you had a positive experience". Cus

I frequently use EatsBC and have never had a bad experience. They're extremely on top of things (numerous confirmations, updates, etc.), their drivers are timely and professional, and most of the restaurants they offer aren't available through any other delivery service. Will continue to use EatsBC for the rest of the pandemic, and afterward, too.
