San Francisco Latin American Cuisine at WACO Aircraft

Truly flavorful Latin American food. Fresh, authentic, and full of depth. You can tell there’s pride behind every plate that comes out of the kitchen. I highly recommend the quesabirrias. The mocktails are beautifully crafted and just as thoughtfully made as everything else on the menu. It’s so nice to have creative, elevated drink options that everyone can enjoy. It’s the kind of spot you leave already planning your next visit. The views and atmosphere are superb, but don’t let that intimidate you. It’s welcoming and warm, local gem.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Such a cool and unexpected spot! This Mexican restaurant located inside the Battle Creek Executive Airport was a great experience. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. We had tacos with tender, slow-cooked meat, house sauces, pickled onions, and beans on the side, and everything tasted incredible. One of the best parts was the atmosphere. While eating, we were able to watch airplanes take off and land right outside, which made the whole experience feel unique and fun. The drinks were also refreshing and paired perfectly with the meal. If you are looking for a great Mexican meal with a view that you do not get every day, this place is definitely worth the visit. I will absolutely be back. ✈️🌮

Went for lunch. The atmosphere was welcoming and bright! Some tables overlook the airport itself. Other seating can be had at the bar or inside of the main restaurant space. For starters we had the Chorizo Tétela. Our main lunch choices were: *Enchilada Suizas with added steak cooked Medium w a side of Elote off the cob *Brisket Quesabirria w/ a side of salsa verde and black beans The sides are extra and NOT part of the meal. Let me start by saying that the overall all experience was fantastic! Food is elevated and NOT your run of the mill TexMex Cuisine or even on par with other Latin American restaurants near BC. Phenomenal experience, stumbled into discovery when searching for a new fresh flavor and definitely delivered. Had a refreshing mocktail (mango marg), empanadas, and pork chuleton. Mocktail- very smooth, balanced and delivered on just a little spice for a well round flavor. Empanadas- This was the star of my evening, the texture on the exterior had crunch without being dry, meat was tender with a perfect filling ratio. My only suggestion would be swapping or adding in a fresh and vibrant aji verde sauce option to add some heat and cut the fat of the meat slightly (personal preference). Pork Chuleton- The pureed batata was smooth and paired the pork delightfully with a subtle sweetness.
