East Bay Deli- Parkland

Nice comfortable environment. The young women who took my order may have been having a bad day. She seemed edgy. I ordered the turkey Rueben. It was sopping wet because the brine was not drained from the sauerkraut. It was so wet that I couldn’t even pick it up. I did not have them remake it and instead asked for utensils so I could eat it like a pot pie. The turkey tasted good.

I stopped into East Bay Deli yesterday and Rebecca H. was my server. She did a fabulous job! The food was amazing, and Rebecca was so friendly and attentive—she truly made my day. Just wanted to share how wonderful the experience was and recognize her for excellent service.

East Bay Deli is always a solid choice. The food is consistently fresh, portions are generous, and there’s something for everyone on the menu. The atmosphere is welcoming and service is quick and friendly. Rebecca was great during our visit … helpful, kind, and attentive… which just added to an already great experience. This place really does a good job all around, from food to service. Highly recommend!

East Bay Deli is one of my favorite places to go and grab a quick lunch, I haven't had a sandwich or salad that I didn't like! When they opened the EBD over here in the Cayce area, it really made things so much more amazing because it cut down on extra travel/traffic to get to the one near the hospital. Parking is easy to navigate and there are multiple ways to get in and out of the parking lot with little to no headache. The restaurant is clean and well maintained. The staff are super friendly, especially Lizzy- anytime I see her working when I come in- I know I'm going to have the freshest bread, lettuce, everything! She is always so genuinely kind and patient with every customer I've ever seen her interact with - which speaks volumes this day and time.

Super fresh food! I had the Gamecock and it did not disappoint! Great service, clean bathroom and a nice dining area that is well played out.
