Dylan's Dairy

We’re an Iowa farm family staying in town for a bit of a getaway. Read Dylan’s story and had to stop in. 5 orders of the best fried cheese curds later, and mountain of ice cream, we were over the top satisfied. They even encouraged us to eat the curds before closing the lids so we’d get the best of the best. Fantastic service with an inspirational story. Y’all must stop in.

Stopped here while exploring the trails at Brunet Island State Park. Nice spot for a lunch, we tried the turkey melt and the Main St burger which was a mushroom and Swiss. Very delicious and large portions also. You can upgrade to fries but classic chips and pickle were enough for me. We also tried homemade banana cream pie ice cream - really good! In addition to the restaurant and ice cream counter, there is an espresso bar and small gift and cheese shop. Definitely worth a stop if you’re hungry after hiking

Went for the first time and tried the Fish Fry. 1 large piece of fish, coleslaw & fries. Fish had a good seasoning and cooked well. Coleslaw was not my favorite, but I'm picky about it, and the fries were very good. They were thin and cooked perfectly with crisp outside and soft inside. They also have bakery and ice cream available....so yummy! ( Sorry, no pictures, as it looked so good & tasted good. I dug right in and ate it all )😊

By far the best chef in town. Hands down a great meal. It was their first Taco Tuesday and the chips and queso were phenomenal 👌 Margs were also on point 😉 So many deserts to choose from! Even the chef stopped out to say hi and see how everything was! Dont get that too often

Lovely clean place, friendly staff, amazing food. Could use something to mitigate the flies in the summer, but otherwise perfection.
