Had the pleasure of trying their food today at Newbo. I had the shahi chicken with rice. The chicken was perfectly tender and juicy, the sauce was rich, creamy, aromatic, perfectly balanced with herbal flavor and a gentle spice. This dish was SO GOOD!! I could eat an entire pan! This was my first time trying this type of cuisine and I am more than satisfied and impressed! I will be sure to consider Dutta’s kitchen if I have an event, or maybe even just want a pan for myself!
