Dutch Bros Coffee

Came in today to redeem my birthday reward and had the best experience! I don’t go to Dutch Bros super often, so I was a little nervous about ordering a specific TikTok drink I saw. The worker taking my order was incredibly patient and helped me figure out exactly what I wanted. Another staff member was also super sweet—honestly, the sweetest people always work here. If you want great drinks and even better service, this is the spot. Thanks for making my birthday treat extra special! 🥹💘

I got an americano, horchata chia, and a chocolate muffin top. The line was long on thanksgiving morning , but still went by fast. Big shout out to Sawyer, he’s a sweet guy, who always has the best energy even standing in the cold. He knows how to appropriately joke with the customers. He definitely needs a raise if he hasn’t gotten one! This is definitely my favorite Dutch Bros in the area.

I always come to this location and they make it perfect!!!! Today Serena had to make my golden eagle 2 times and both were nasty. She did not even refile the espresso machine used the same old coffee for the new one. I am very disappointed with her service and not listening to what I asked. I asked 2 oz less of milk I end up getting half the cup empty because she’s frustrated…

Really like this drive-thru coffee shop but wish there were a place where I could sit down. There is a Dutch Brothers in Rockwall with outside bench seating; Rowlett should have it as well since the summers here are long and hot. My favorite drinks are Maple Waffle and Banana Bread （Rebel iced or blended). The sliders are really good; I like the sausage kind but will try the bacon next time.

Worst customer service ever!!! I ordered my drink it was ready , I tasted my drink an felt it was lacking coffee , so I asked was the espresso shot added, the girl at the window goes off and says , the drink is PERFECT , you just want a FREE drink ! I was highly upset and we exchanged words , I asked for a refund she refused to give me a refund and said NO, continued to walk away ! Everyone went back to making drinks , I had to yell I want a REFUND, the manager comes out the back and ask what happens and so on , demands respect for her employee but not one time did she tell her employee she was wrong or could of handled the situation better on her end , that’s fine though stay away from this location , just because I get a drink almost daily doesn’t mean it’s done correctly or it’s always
