Dutch Bros Coffee

I stop by Dutch Bros in Moscow every single morning, and it has truly become one of the best parts of my day. The customer service here is incredible and the employees are always upbeat, friendly, and genuinely fun to chat with before work. What really sets this location apart is how well the team gets to know their customers. They remember my drink every time, greet me with the same great energy, and make the experience feel personal and welcoming. It’s rare to find a place where you feel both appreciated and uplifted just by stopping in, but this Dutch Bros team delivers that consistently. Huge thank-you to the crew for making each visit such a great start to my day! Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for amazing service and an awesome cup of coffee.

I absolutely love Dutch Bros but the staff in Moscow is a joke. We are everyday customers and they messed up both of our drinks. We tried calling to let them know but there is no local number so we went back the next day and the girl acted like it was going to be a huge deal for them to replace them correctly. I do not recommend. Its too much to pay for drinks that are only correct about 25% of the time

My husband and I went there are around 11am on June 19, and there were these two girls that served us with a smile! We already love Dutch Bros BUT the kindness they had really put the icing on top!

Hella slow for no reason considering there’s always a million people working. They used to have people taking orders in line and running drinks out and everything went so smoothly, now there’s always like three lines and no one taking orders.

i ordered a medium iced vanilla protein latte and i watched the girl make it as a small then fill the rest with milk. i got my drink and it literally just tasted like milk. like not even espresso and milk like just milk. normally i love dutch but super disappointed.
