Employees are so sweet like please please please give them a raise like they just have like the most amazing awesome energy vibe and they’re so kind and they have some of the best employees ever and I never want them to stop being kind and sweet like sometimes I feel like giving back to them because they’re so sweet And they also like raise up my spirit. I go out of my way to make sure I stop at this location. The drinks are always perfect, the line moves fast, but what makes this location go above and beyond is the broistas. They are always so kind, so sweet, so funny. They make each stop feel like visiting an old friend, and I’ve made friends with some of them. This is THE BEST location in the area. Special shout outs to Nat, Emily, Annelise, Karynn, Collin & Asha. Y’all are the BEST.

Let me tell you something—Dutch Bros on Precinct Line in Hurst is tremendous. Absolutely tremendous. I’ve been to a lot of coffee places, okay? A LOT. People come up to me, tears in their eyes, they say, “Sir, where’s the best coffee, tea and energy drinks?” And I say, “Dutch Bros. Believe me.” The energy? Incredible. Young, sharp people. I usually love coming over here before or after college for a fun drink, and the people are usually super friendly and welcoming but I came by today and the girl who took my order clearly does not want to be here and could not care less about providing good customer service. Other than that, the usual girl here with blue hair and fun glasses is the sweetest and always makes my drink so yummy!
