Dutch Bros Coffee

My mom and I went to Dutch Bros this morning and had such a great experience thanks to Eden at the window! From the moment we pulled up, she was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and kind, which really set a positive tone for our visit. My drink was initially made incorrectly, but Eden handled it so professionally and with such a great attitude. She immediately made sure it was fixed without any hesitation and even upsized it, which was such a thoughtful and generous gesture. Her customer service truly stood out and made our morning even better. Experiences like this are exactly why we love coming to Dutch Bros!

I came to Dutch bros because one of my students recommended it for me and being diabetic it hard to find a coffee place that has sugar free things that actually taste good. Upon taking my order raphael led me to a sugar free cocomo with a sf dark chocolate soft top and it was fantastic and I loved it. This might be my new favorite coffee from anywhere.

I went to Dutch Bros for the first time the other day, and there was two wonderful girls Layla and Jazzy. They helped me pick a new favorite drink called Banana Bread mocha with banana soft top. They were so sweet and calm despite it being busy and only them two. 5/5 experience!! Will definitely come back. :))

Very great coffee place & well worth the hype! ☕☕☕♥️ the various menu options! My husband and I had been wanting to try out this place for awhile and were finally able to Today and we thoroughly enjoyed! We were able to receive the Free Drink Reward upon signing up on the app. There was a mix up with my order being taken but not received at the front which was quickly fixed at the front window within seconds. The young man at the front and the workers inside were also really awesome, the young lady that had taken out order was also nice. Overall, the customer service is superb and we felt very welcomed, accommodated and appreciated.
