Higher Grounds Coffee Shop

Just visited for the first time. The honey bear was delicious. But the real star of the show was Landon. Good customer service is rare and he was great. He answered questions I had about my high schooler and dual credit. It’s refreshing to see teens that have communication skills.

Can’t believe it took us so long to try their coffee! The hours are sometimes off but the lattes are fire! We got the Firefly and the Honeybear, both are on the sweeter side. Can’t wait to try their seasonal menu for the fall.

Place has a great selection of seasonal drinks. I got myself a snickerdoodle latte, and oh my it was delicious. Creamy, foamy, and loaded with all the deliciousness that reminds you of a snickerdoodle cookie.

What’s not to like about great coffee, and the wholesomeness of a church that harbors this caffeinated space!

Great news! If you like your coffee to taste like someone took a blow torch to some stale Folgers and your peppermint mocha to actually be a pumpkin spice latte that someone dumped a splash of peppermint syrup in it then this is the place for you. If you like your coffee to not taste like they harvested it straight from volcano ash, then you'll need to find somewhere else to go
