Corina and Rise & Bloom Sourdough Co is AMAZING! First off, I completely waited until the last minute to order some sourdough (COMPLETELY MY OWN FAULT)! I went to make my own sourdough the day before Thanksgiving and my own starter went bad so I started searching the internet looking for an alternative and came across Rise & Bloom’s Page! I made an order online because it said it would be available now. I instantly got a message from Corina explaining that she cut off Thanksgiving orders on Monday but didn’t realize the website still allowed them (no big deal). She then said would see if she had any left over because she had a few extra but most of them got claimed. THEN she messaged me and said she could make my order if I picked up Thanksgiving day because she had to make some for her

This Queen breads are phenomenal!! I love her sourdough loaves. It’s very hard to impress me and I must say— I’m impressed!!

Rise and Bloom Sourdough is an absolute gem! This “sweet” local business is owned and ran by a wonderful small family and has truly captured my, I would say heart, but let’s be real…my taste buds! lol. Their sourdough bread is, quite simply, amazing. Each loaf is baked to perfection – crusty on the outside, soft and airy on the inside, with that perfect tangy sourdough flavor. You can tell it's made with love and expertise. I enjoy eating mine with soups. Sandwiches and their sweet ones pair well with coffee in the mornings! The real surprise and delight for me is that they don’t just do sourdough bread, they do so many other things, including, my favorite, chocolate chip cookies!
