Dutch Bros Coffee

First time to one of their ornament giveaway events and what a crazy scene that is. The cars. The crowd. Props to the crew and management on how well organized they ran it. Completely staffed and ready to handle the additional traffic, they were prepared for anything including a line of people standing out in the 30 degree weather to get their ornaments… oh yeah, and coffee. The drive thru was insane as it wrapped out to the main road. Easily forty cars lined up and ready to go. All the while the staff was managed it all effortlessly. And through it all, I was promptly served with a smile and then in my way.

I’ve never been so a DutchBros and was excited to try them! I couldn’t decide what I wanted so the girl helped me decide. I am usually a plain Jane coffee girl, but decided to switch it up. I got the Hopscotch with protein milk and 1/2 sweet. It was good, milky and sweet would have liked to have tasted the coffee more. But glad I tried something new, but back to the plain Jane coffee order!

I went by the Belton DutchBros location on my way to work this morning and the service was incredible. Macy was so kind and helpful. I dont really usually drink coffee because I never know what to order that I will actually like. She was sweet enough to explain some drinks to me and to make some suggestions. Its refreshing to have somewhere that has such great customer service. The whole team working this morning were on point. Thanks for the amazing drink and we will definitely be coming back.

I wish the servers would prioritize listening to the orders correctly instead of asking me about my day. I just want my order to be correct. I had an awful experience today. It’s not always like that, but today was irritating. And I still left with the wrong order after them remaking it, simply because they weren’t listening to my order.

Stopped by this morning! I had an absolutely amazing experience!! the staff is always so kind and the drinks continue to be the same level of deliciousness everytime!! I love that even the manager works hands on with her team! Anisa and her crew are amazing! 10/10 recommend
