Wednesday the 21st, 2025, I came inside and ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel & a chocolate frosted donut. A white lady had made my sandwich but she only toasted the bagel & bacon, btw in the picture that is not cheese, melting. It is something growing off of the bacon. gave me cold slice of cheese & a frozen egg. I had came back later that day to let them know what they did. They acted like it didn't happen, I came thru and specifically asked to have my egg and cheese cooked, they laughed like I was being funny, Even though I showed the manager the egg. Thursday the 22nd of 2025, I ended up getting sick, it's May 29, 2025 and I'm still sick for taking a bite into a frozen egg. I heavenly eat there. But it's gonna be my last time. When I told Camila there wasn’t any soap in the bathroom she just gave me a blank stare and said “ ok” as if she could care less. I figured I’d tell her because she had just gone in before me so it made me question if she used soap after using the bathroom. Her demeanor is very dismissive and rude as if she doesn’t want to be there.

Ordered 2 bacon egg and cheese, 2 coffees, and a donut. The 2 bacon egg and cheese were not included in the order, and they refused to pick up my phone calls. Do not order from this place unless you want to wait for your breakfast, only to not receive it and have to order somewhere else whole you’re already starving. Awful customer service. Do better, will NEVER order from here again and neither will anyone that I know.

I hadn’t visited this Dunkin’ in some time, and unfortunately my recent experience was not positive. I waited in the drive-through for about 10 minutes before my order was taken. When I requested a refresher, I was told it could not be made, though the reason was unclear. Overall, the long wait and lack of clarity around the order were disappointing.

It is ALWAYS something with this store. Whether you order in advanced on the app or when you get there they are always messing up my order and taking forever. I ordered online today and 20m later it is still not ready. They gave me my food, but then looked confused when I asked about my drinks. I live right next to this location and have been going to the one on Bennington instead, but they suck too!
