Dunkin'

I ordered a daydream refresher, and sat in the drive through for it. why was there ZERO cold foam? And the put the wrong lid, so they really couldn’t fit any if they wanted too. I’ve never been served this drink with the lid wrong…. This Dunkin seems to run slower then any of the ones In Torrington or Harwinton. I sit in line behind one person for 10 + minutes. It’s so slow, I’m so confused why this one is delayed no matter when or what you order

Place should be shut down there’s no point having the business open when they continuously don’t have product something as simple as espresso or coffee at 9AM on a Sunday morning. Or the fact they don’t have a managers on duty and have to call them on the phone while you’re at the window because they mess the order up so bad and no one on the clock knows how to do a refund. And on top of all of that, the customer service has to be some of the worst I’ve ever experienced.

This store is consistently slow. Waited over 10min for 1 drink standard as it is on the menu even today and was told they were changing the drawers when I finally got to the window which in every job I’ve ever had takes about a minute or 2 so it’s pretty obvious that the staff don’t care that the dunkin down the road on s main and every single other one in the area can outperform them and half their customers leave the line to go spend more time driving to where they will get quality service. I’m lucky I had time but wish I spent it driving a little farther into winsted to get my order from someone who knows how to smile and make eye contact. If you have to go to Winsted go to the newer dunkin on s main.

On 10/16/2025 @ 11:45 am I pulled in to space to walk in a get coffee and a donut. I watch an employee lock the doors from the inside and go back to work. Needless to say I walked to the McDonald's next door and picked up food and drink. Best part was I watched 20 cars (look at the camera video) park try the doors and drive away. Not one even went to the drive thru. I guess management thinks there is enough sales that they can turn away customers. I will not return. There are plenty of other dd on my way home.

Waited in a half hour drive through line just to order an easy plain bagel with butter. Do you think there was any butter on that bagel? Nope. What a waste of my time and money. This location should be shut down
