The lady was knowledgeable about the menu and helped me choose a seasonal option, cookie batter frozen coffee. The drink was really good, but it tastes like a ginger snap when the name had me expecting sugar cookie. Their Christmas decorations made me feel cheerful. This location seems to have a surplus of places to charge phones or laptops and plenty of mostly clean seating. I like this one, will return.

WORST LOCATION EVER! Nobody makes the food right or even checks to make sure everything is there or put on the food correctly. Because of YOUR INCOMPETENCE, I had to throw away the food I ordered from you through Uber eats as you gave me something I took off of my food that I was allergic to. HOW DO YOU NOT READ THE RECEIPT?!?!?!?! Management should be fired along with every employee there today. if I hadn't noticed, I would be in the hospital with anaphylaxis! COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!

Staff is always so nice even early in the morning. My order is always right and my coffee always tastes so good. So much love to them especially the morning crew🙏🏼

I bought my girls some Munchkins yesterday, 12 glazed and 13 jelly filled. I ended up eating all but 4 of the jelly filled. I felt super guilty, so I knew I was going to get some more this morning. I went to 2 different DDs this morning next to my house, and neither had the jelly filled Munchkins. I work in Winder, so I called the Winder DD on my way to work and Desiree answered the phone. I asked her if she had any jelly filled and she asked me how many I wanted. I told her I wanted 25. She asked me how long it would take me to get there and I told her around 15 minutes. I didn't even have to request that she hold them for me. She immediately told me she would put them aside for me and asked my name. Placed a mobile order and the drive thru was wrapped around which cool it happens.. finally get to window and the girl at the window says “2 donuts” I say no as I’m trying to talk to her she closes the window on me. Opens it back up and says “well what do you have” I told her I had a mobile order and give her my name and tell her I have a frozen coffee and an iced coffee” she then just stares at me and closes the window on me again. Comes back yet again to tell Me I didn’t have a frozen coffee I show her my phone that I did have one and paid for it and then she goes “ oh you had a mobile order” I said Yes!
