I was just in and had 2 nice women taking care of my mobil order. The woman who made my bagel toasted it perfectly. And my iced latte is perfect. My order is so delicious today. Shoutout to them. If you guys see this thank you!

Why put someone alone when they can't cook food it's stupid they need to train them right away on food

First off I did not end up getting anything because the service was so lousy and told me if she took too long I could leave so I did because she was sitting at the counter talking and on her phone for ten minutes while I was waiting to order. I went to the Westbrook gas station Dunkin’ to get a strawberry colatta. The woman that was there was completely rude and disrespectful.

The owner of this Dunkin’ Donuts location was serving drinks when I ordered an iced caramel latte with less ice. Instead of properly filling the cup, we were handed a drink that was half empty. This is completely unacceptable and feels like an insult, especially given the rising costs these days. If it were possible, we would leave a negative star review for the improper service and lack of consideration. We will not be returning.
