Fully vegan and gluten-free, Shayna B’s has not disappointed me yet! I wish I had photos of all the food I’ve had here over the past year, but I’ll share the delicious nachos I had during my last visit. Their nachos are by far the BEST vegan nachos I’ve had in CT. And I order nachos anytime I visit a restaurant that has vegan nachos. I also ordered their to-go container of Buffalo Tofu, which comes with a house made Ranch, and after I finished it that night I wanted more! Also to note, they made a Swiss Cake Roll which is not a regular item in the dessert case, but I wish it was! It has frosting on the house and a light whipped cream filling on the inside. Excellent coffee as well! My non-vegan parents love to eat here and even go without me. One Friday a month they have a 4 course dinner

Many vegan friends of mine have spoken so highly of Shayna Bs By The Sea that it was time for us to try it on our own -- and the entire experience exceeded expectation. From a large selection of appealing breakfast and lunch items, we chose two wraps and the Moroccan stew. Not only did everything taste wonderful, but the food was incredibly fresh. The stew had just the right blend of vegetables and flavor combinations, and the wraps had the ideal balance of tasty ingredients (with some wonderful sweet pickles and coleslaw on the side). My wrap featured faux chicken and hummus, and my lunch partner had the buffalo wrap. Dessert, which we had later, consisted of a sugar cookie with soft frosting and a cinnamon roll, both great. Delicious 🤗 never found better tasting vegan and gluten free food! Everyone there was so nice & the deserts were a perfect treat to take home with us. Our whole family tried something different and we all shared it with each other and had an overwhelming positive experience, everyone loved all of the meals! Definitely coming back!

I had a delicious tofu Reuben wrap with a cup of African peanut soup. Hearty and satisfying on a cold winter day.

Amazing natural food. High quality natural food with brilliant flavours. Crispy tofu wrap highly recommended. Excellent choice of ackes aswell, well worth a visit.
