This place did NOT disappoint. The owner was beyond friendly, the place was super clean, the other staff were super nice and when asked if it was our first time here we said yes, shared we were from the New Haven area and he was so appreciative of our business. We each ordered grinders that required a little bit of a wait (it tells you on the menu and he was sure to make sure we were okay with the wait). We sat at the tables off to the side waiting patiently and was brought a complimentary plate with a couple meatballs, slices of roast beef, ans the most flavorful, moist and delectable turkey I've ever had. What a gem of a find! Hands down the best chicken cutlet sandwich I've had and the portion enormous! They went out of their way and fried up some fresh chicken cutlets after a busy Saturday! So happy I stopped by 😃
