Dunkin'

As a high volume store, they need more staff and organization in the AM. I waited over 10mins for iced coffee. Store was out of medium sized cups today, which is inexcusable (not fault of line workers). I was also charged incorrectly for my order and realized after the fact. Giving 3 stars because the food tasted fine. It was a painful interaction prior.

I’m surprised by the low reviews because this is my favorite Dunkin in Columbia. Sometimes the greetings in the drive-thru are less than stellar, but they are the most consistent in terms of making drinks correctly and well. If I want it done right, I will go a little out of my way to go to this location over the others. There’s also a lady who works the window and is SUPER friendly.

Order3d at drive through because app isn't working properly. Person at drive thru window has zero greeting or no manners, but i can overlook that. Ordered avocado "toast" the bread was not toasted AT ALL. It was just sliced wheat bread with spread on it. Couldn't even ice it up because it became soggy under spread. Crazy amount of pepper. I was disappointed as I've had this once in the past from there, and it used to be delicious, so I wanted to try it again.

My order was accurate, the staff was friendly and professional, the store was very clean and the Halloween decorations are a nice personal touch. Kudos to the manager and staff.

Great service and perfect coffee and sandwiches. Small store with a great hard working staff with nice friendly attitudes. This Dunkin has a small but super busy drive thru but they are efficient at keeping the line moving fast! Nicely done and worth the visit!
