Dunkin'

Every time I order at this location they mess it up. I ordered a white chocolate and mocha latte hot. Always tell them no cinnamon because I am allergic to cinnamon and still they put cinnamon on it. Common sense is something that place lacks. Very disappointing that I have to drive all the way to Birch run to get a decent drink and I've been a loyal customer of Duncan for 30 years

I don’t know who runs Dunkin’ Donuts anymore, but they have literally gone completely downhill. I mean it’s bad enough that you have to wait an hour for your order even if it’s just two things but the Customer Service there really sucks! Including the managers! I used to go to Dunkin all the time, but I think this time was literally my last time. I am so disappointed in that place because it used to be my favorite! On top of the fact that this past experience, not only was lady rude to me right from the gate and argued with me because I took so long the customer’s behind me were screaming and yelling at me! Like it was my fault!

Excellent service! The team checked on me frequently as I pondered the menu, and when I expressed concern about my dietary restrictions, they helped me find and read ingredient lists for what I wanted to order. Service was faster than I expected, although definitely coffee ship speed and not fast food speed. The donut was fluffy and delicious, the drink was perfect, the place was clean, and everyone was so kind. I wish I could make it here more often!

Donuts were GREAT! The service is remarkably SLOW! The ability to listen to the customer is the first line of performance in creating a positive customer experience. Getting a toasted bagel before a cup of coffee was poured on the same order is not an effective food service. First time since opening, and with only a couple miles between DD and other brands, I would be concerned. I have spent a lifetime running on Dunkin, even as far as buying homes in the vicinity of DD!! Please don't let me down!!

Used to love this Dunkin until today. I was told that I "need to slow down when ordering" because he messed up my order. I repeated it twice. Drink still wasn't what it was supposed to be and tasted like Carmel after clearly saying twice a Iced Original Macchiato with 6 LIQUID SUGARS not CARMEL. My daughter's drink is so strong with the blueberry mix it's almost unable to be drank. Very bad experience. Would not recommend.
