Dunkin'

Since the tariffs, the quality of the ground coffee has not been the same, but the price is up 33%. Still, nothing like a Dunkin coffee to start the day.

Second time I have gone to this Dunkin's and have had my order made wrong. The lady who made it wrong was extremely rude to me because of her mistake and I didn't even get an apology, considering I went through the drive thru than had to go into the store to even get my order right. I actually don't even care they made it wrong, it was the attitude I received when I asked for it to be made right. Very rude and aggressive staff working here.

I use the AP, staffing shortages and a door locked at 6am that should have been opened at 5am. One very large employee was not happy that I interrupted her smoke break and got very. Salty when I complained. Not again!

Ordered 3 bacon, egg and cheese on bagels at the drive thru and no cheese on either of them. This is the second time my orders gave been missing items from sandwiches. Please pay more attention, these aren't cheap. I would have gone back but we were on our way north.

The same as all the others. Dunks is great. Best doughnut for the least money, tell me I am wrong!
