We had a wonderful dining experience. The chef/owner was so friendly and warm. He shared many stories of his culinary education and vast cooking experience. His waitstaff was fast and well-versed on the menu and we were never left waiting for beverage, refills, etc. The food was well prepared and delicious. Great experience overall.

Best burger in Wells (and Ogunquit/Moody) and amazing fries. Can’t wait to come here all summer! Make sure to get some Mezcal with your dessert

I cannot say enough great things about this place. If you're not feeling fries, don't let the name keep you away. The "steak" tonight was filet mignon, and it was served exactly to perfection. I enjoy my beef rare (I joke when I order that it can walk out to the table by itself), and the filet was cooked rare with assorted, locally grown mushrooms and a flavorful, but not overpowering brown sauce. I also had the duck fat fries and creamed spinach...and it was a portion of creamed spinach, not just 3 leaves and some cream sauce! They're new to the area, so please, go and enjoy the variety of menu selections. Best part, Chef Norman kept coming out to the dining area, asking guest how they were enjoying their choices. We got the smash burger, chicken tenders and buffalo tender fries. Everything was delicious! We are on vacation and definitely would come back here! The waitstaff was friendly and the food was incredible! Best chicken tenders I've ever had

I am a local and stopped in for the first time tonight. The service was stellar. All the food was great and fresh. We were really impressed! It was a little on the pricey side, but we thought it was worth it! We are willing to pay extra to get meals made with locally sourced foods. We will be back!
