The woman with fake nails and long brown hair in the morning needs to go. This girl is constantly on her phone and never ask if she can help you. Seeing that the line is to the door and the men are all running around her ,she either stands in the corner by the donuts or leaning against the counter talking on her phone. How can an order ever be right with someone like that representing your company. And to her, priority is taking the online orders before helping who is in front of her . Why is that? Cause then she doesnt get interrupted on her phone.. management needs to watch her and do something about this. You will lose repeat customers. Its sad too that all the men there in the morning deserve all the tips but yet have to share with her when she is doing absolutely nothing. 🤔 how is tha

I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese on a croissant, which usually doesn’t come with any sauce except ketchup if you choose it. But for some reason, it came with spicy mayo, which I definitely didn’t want on my sandwich. I was late for work and couldn’t go back inside to fix it, so I just had to deal with it. In the end, I gave the sandwich to a homeless guy and did my good deed for the day. This Dunkin isn’t a bad one overall, but this visit left me feeling pretty frustrated.

There is a female employees who is on her phone every time I come in, she always has a bad attitude and rude faces to customers for asking for the simplest things. She’s Latina with Long fake nails and always ignoring customers. I stood at the register for almost 10 minutes before someone took my order. It wasn’t busy at all and she saw me standing there and didn’t say and word or come to take my order all she was doing was leaning on the counter and texting. Whoever is in charge should fire her for how she treats customers and for how lazy she is. She is one of the reasons I stopped coming to this location because whenever she’s working I get bad service and dirty looks from her mind you I am always kind when we interact with her but she’s always got a bad attitude and it’s so unprofessi
